Sue Young has worked in the fitness industry since 1986. She has been a personal trainer since 1992 and has taught many different types of group fitness classes, including toning, high/low aerobics, and indoor cycling. She works out a variety of clients of various ages and fitness levels and has had some of her clients since 1992.
Sue loves what she does for a living. She loves helping people feel better, not just physically, but mentally as well. She feels “functional fitness” is her specialty,
and by helping people get stronger they can get through their days with more energy and a positive attitude. She feels the most
important thing in life is good health. Sue believes everyone can improve their fitness level. Her motto is “One minute
of exercise is better than no minutes of exercise.” By combining good nutrition , daily exercise (even a short walk) drinking
lots of water and getting enough sleep, everyone can feel and look their best.
