Many of our clients prefer to schedule their sessions one-on-one, either in half-hour or full hour blocks. They like the individual
attention and the fact that their sessions are as much about learning as they are about working.
Working out with a friend, colleague, or family member is an affordable alternative to one-on-one personal training sessions. The
camaraderie of being in a group motivates participants and makes the sessions FUN! Small group training is designed for groups
of three or four who want to exercise under the supervision of a personal trainer but don’t want to do it alone. Follow the link to
