All the motivation and encouragement you need for success!
Many of our clients prefer to schedule their sessions one-on-one, either in half-hour or full hour blocks. They like the individual attention and the fact that their sessions are as much about learning as they are about working.

What qualities should I look for in a trainer?
Education? Experience? Patience? Friendly and motivating personality? Great communication skills? These days it takes ALL of these traits to make a successful trainer. A truly great personal trainer is one that will make sure you perform your exercises correctly, provide you with the encouragement you need, will motivate you to give it your all when you feel like quitting, all the while keeping your goals and limitations in mind. We have the ability to work with the specific needs of our diverse client base.

Why choose The Training Zone for personal training?
Time is in short supply these days. When you come in for your workout, it’s all about YOU! Make the most out of the time you have! When we write your program, your individual needs and goals are factored in.  No cookie cutter workouts allowed!

How often do I need to see a trainer?
Clients do their best when they see a trainer two to three times per week. Making permanent lifestyle changes requires consistency and commitment.

Working out with a friend, colleague, or family member is an affordable alternative to one-on-one personal training sessions. The camaraderie of being in a group motivates participants and makes the sessions FUN!  Small group training is designed for groups of three or four who want to exercise under the supervision of a personal trainer but don’t want to do it alone.
