home or at your gym? Take your workout to the next level with cardio programming that will challenge you with interval and
circuit training. Interval training varies your intensity in order to provide maximum results, and circuit training will vary the
method you use to achieve the intensity. Use a stair climber, elliptical trainer, a treadmill, a bicycle, or even aerobic dance moves
to keep you moving! Classes are offered at varying times on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. One-on-one sessions also available.
