Strength Circuit Challenge: Strengthen major muscle groups in up to twelve circuit stations designed to challenge the experienced
exerciser, yet straightforward enough to allow beginners to feel comfortable. You will also develop core strength and improve your

Cardio Circuit Challenge: Increase your metabolism to boost fat loss and muscle strength by alternating blocks of cardiovascular and
muscle strengthening. Monday 11:30 a.m.
Stretch and Flex: Your entire body will become stronger and more flexible with this class that combines functional training, balance
training, core strengthening (an adapted Pilates format), breathing, and stretching. Feel refreshed and ready for the weekend! Friday

Senior Cardio Mix: Improve your balance, strength, stamina, and flexibility in this fun and motivating workout. Accommodations
are made for any fitness level. Some participants remain seated for most of the class, others are up and about the room.
This class is great for those age 70+, or for younger folks with medical issues. MWF 10:00 a.m. 45 minutes
Similar to Senior Cardio Mix, this class focuses on proper weight training technique with the goal of building stronger muscles and
bones to aid in improving posture, balance, and bone density. Participants should be able to stand for the majority of class, although
chairs are provided for support. Tuesday/Thursday 1:30 p.m.
An aggressive (but fun!) approach to building bone strength and improving overall bone density. Use the six BEST exercises (and a
few others) to combat osteoporosis. This class is great for those who have been diagnosed with osteopenia or a recent diagnosis of
osteoporosis. Monday/Friday 3:00 p.m.
Osteoporosis Boot Camp
Attend Better Bones and Balance or Osteoporosis Boot Camp for as little as $15 per session with three-month enrollment, or buy
10 sessions for $200 (must be used within six months of purchase). Drop-in rate is $25.
Stretch and Flex will add a Tuesday class at 11:30 beginning May 1st.
