Cardio Sculpt  Get the benefit of cardiovascular and strength training in this non-stop action class. Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. 60 minutes.
 
Hard Core Pilates develop your "Hard Core" using traditional and non-traditional (creative!) methods. This class will also improve your balance and overall strength. Tuesday/Thursday 8:45 a.m. 60 minutes 
***NOW OFFERED WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS at 9:00 a.m.
 
Indoor Cycling if you've ever been intimidated by those large classes at the big-box clubs, this is the class for you. These are very small groups, customized just for you! Monday/Friday 1:00 p.m.
